Creamed honey has all the same benefits as our liquid honey, but it’s in a crystallized form made from rounded honey crystals. This is different from typical jagged crystals in crystallized honey which gives a gritty texture, creamed honey is silky and smooth. This batch is from our summer harvest. It’s spreadable and has a consistency similar to a very soft butter.
